- 1.We provide the listing in our directory according to the general website terms and conditions and those below.
- 2.In consideration of the listing wether free or for fees golf4beginners will include your listing in our directory for the stated period.
- 3.Listing fees if applicable are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.Invoices are issued through Paypal ,however an electronic pdf invoice can be sent if required.
- 4.This service is provided without warranty.We endeavour to keep the directory up to date and online all the time but will not be held liable in th event of any service disruption however this is caused.
- 5.termination:This agreement is a free subscription** which will automatically be renewed (and invoiced) unless otherwise notified by either party giving a min of 7 days notice.Should we terminate the agreement then you will be entitled to a refund if fee paying prorata to any monies paid for a listing.
- 6.You agree not to list or link to any unlawful,illegal or adult content.
- 7.Your site must be placed in the relevant categories.
- 8.Listing is at our sole discretion and we may refuse sites.
